Staff be sure to use the Username & Password you use to log into your computer (at the main office) or your JRDS email (for those offsite). Remember both are CaSeSenSItiVe and if you are unable to login after 6 tries you will risk being locked out of all JRDS IT Services.

If you receive more than 6 failed logins it may be time to update your password or confirm your username and password contact
