- Must pass drug screen paid for by JRDS
- Required to receive a Mantoux TB test provided by JRDS annually

Basic Life Skills: Part-time position (15 hrs/wk) in Jay County. Responsible for training, supervision and assistance to clients in life skills areas. Starting rate $8.09 per hour with wage increase after 90 days.
Work Center DSP/Enclave Technician - Randolph County: Full-time team member responsible for supervising and assisting Work Center clients in goal achievement & production work. Position responsible for production quota and customer product on a daily basis and to complete and maintain appropriate paperwork. Production/inspection experience required. The starting rate for this position will be $8.47 per hour with an increase after successfully completing the 90 day probationary period.
Production Lead Staff - Jay County: Full-time team member responsible for supervising contract work in assigned county ensuring quality and on-time delivery. Will supervise activities of client supervisor(s) and oversee work of production associates in the center. Responsible to complete and maintain appropriate paperwork. Three to five years production/industrial work experience required and supervisory experience preferred. The starting rate for this position will be $11.86/hour with an increase after successfully completing the 90 day probationary period.
Residential Client DSP: Full-time, Part-time and substitute positions in Portland and Winchester group homes which include weekend hours. Positions provide direct care assistance and supervises activities of residential group home clients. Starting rate: $8.09 per hour with wage increase after 90 days.
Waiver Home Client DSP: Full-time and part-time openings in 2-3 person residential homes in Portland providing assistance to adults and children with special needs. Positions are available on various shifts which include some weekend hours. Starting rate: $8.09 per hour with wage increase after 90 days.
Supported Living DSP: Part-time and substitute positions in Jay County and Randolph County area providing direct care assistance to individual with special needs. Multiple locations and various shifts which may include weekend hours. Starting rate: $8.47 per hour with wage increase after 90 days.
SUBSTITUTES: Needed in all program areas in both Portland and Winchester! Make some extra money by working on-call as needed in residential or waiver home settings, day programs, etc. Starting rate: $8.19 per hour based on experience.
